1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.
• When you sign in with Google or TikTok, where available: the account identifier held by that provider and the public name or profile image it supplies. TikTok sign-in does not give us your TikTok email address or password.
• The public TikTok username you connect to display livestream data such as comments, likes, gifts, and followers. This data is displayed in real time while you are connected and is not stored permanently, apart from basic cumulative totals such as total likes that are retained temporarily to show rankings during a stream session.
• Files you upload, including profile images, interaction-rule media, frames, and card backgrounds.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address, for security purposes including limiting repeated sign-in attempts.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only to operate the dashboard, display your live statistics, manage your subscription and free trial, and improve account security. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers used solely to operate the service, such as Stripe or PayPal when processing a paid subscription.

4. Data security

Passwords are hashed before storage and cannot be retrieved as plain text. We use secure, expiring JWT sessions and temporarily lock accounts after repeated failed sign-in attempts to protect against credential guessing.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data while your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the support page in the dashboard.

6. Your rights

You can access or correct your data at any time from the dashboard settings page. You may also request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us through the support page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
