1. About RUNLIVE
RUNLIVE is a dashboard for creators who livestream, primarily on TikTok. It displays live statistics, leaderboards, goals, and interactions as overlays in broadcasting software such as OBS through public, unguessable URLs. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must create an account to access the dashboard, either with an email address and password or through a supported third-party sign-in provider such as Google or TikTok. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial without a payment card. After the trial ends, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription to one of the plans offered in the application. Plan prices and features may change from time to time; we will notify you of any material change affecting your current subscription.
4. Connecting external accounts
You may optionally connect your public TikTok username to display livestream data—comments, likes, gifts, and new followers—in the dashboard and public overlays. This connection uses only your public username and never requires your TikTok password. Signing in with TikTok or Google, when enabled, is used only to identify you when you access RUNLIVE and is separate from connecting a username for livestream data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service in violation of applicable law or the terms of connected platforms such as TikTok, attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or misuse public overlay links in a way that harms the service or other users.
6. Account termination
You may stop using the service or request deletion of your account at any time through the support page in the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for interruptions to your live data caused by changes to third-party platforms such as TikTok that are beyond our control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
